YABT and RLJD/CICES announce Dialogues in Latin America

Washington D.C., February 4, 2015 — Thanks to the collaboration between Red Latinoamericana de Jóvenes por la Democracia (RLJD) and the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) young people in the Americas have more opportunities to take part in the process of the IV Young Americas Forum.

The fourth edition of the Forum will take place from April 7 through 9 in Panama City as an official activity of the VII Summit of the Americas “Prosperity with Equity: The Challenge of Cooperation in the Americas”.

National Dialogues will take place in Latin America between February and March, 2015 with the aim of generating spaces where youth can exchange views, ideas and propose actions related to the themes of the VII Summit of the Americas. For more information on the National Dialogues, visit our calendar of activities.

The final reports of the Dialogues will be considered inputs for the Youth Declaration to be presented by young people during the Dialogue with Civil Society and Social Actors. This meeting will take place in Panama City in the framework of the VII Summit.
