*The Talent and Innovation Competition of the Americas (TIC Americas) is an international entrepreneurship support platform and business accelerator for young entrepreneurs and business startups. It is developed and implemented by the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) with support from the Organization of American States (OAS) and our international partners.

In 2009, PepsiCo and YABT partnered to create the Eco-Challenge, a category of awards within TIC Americas, focused on innovative projects that offer creative solutions to environmental issues. This year's edition includes a special subcategory for Central America, sponsored by the Central American Bottling Corporation (CBC).
