YABT implements business labs to support the Grenadian Youth

Grenada, October 16, 2014 – The Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) is pleased to announce the “Mini Business Labs” for Young Entrepreneurs that will take place from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, on Wednesday October 22, 2014, at the St Patrick's Anglican Primary School, Grenada.

This Mini Business Lab consists of a one-day awareness creation workshop that helps young people identify business ideas. From these ideas, young people work together to turn them into business plans or start their own business. The Mini Labs aim to support young people in coming up with innovative business ideas as a preparation for the regional competition the Caribbean Innovation Challenge (CIC).

YABT will carry out this workshop in collaboration with two local partners, MAREP and the Programme for Adolescent Mothers. If you wish to get involved in the CIC, please register your business idea or project in the CIC on http://youthin-cic.net/map.

If you wish to take part in this Mini Business Labs, contact us via cic@yabt.net.

The Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), a nonprofit corporation created in 1999, works in cooperation with General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS), to promote the social economic development among young people around the world.
