The Caribbean Innovation Challenge (CIC), a component of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) project Youth Innovation (Youth-IN): A Caribbean Network for Youth Development, announces the Business Opportunities Online Training Camp (BOOT Camp) for young entrepreneurs in the Caribbean.
The BOOT Camp includes: Online Trainings: Interactive training sessions with experts on business development to improve their projects and ideas; a series of Webinars, by young entrepreneurs who share their experiences in Innovation Competitions and how it helped them succeed and Video Tutorials useful tools and resources to master the different components and sections of the CIC Platform. Video recordings of these sessions will be available anytime as reference.
The BOOT Camp strengthens youth-led projects and ideas as part of the Caribbean Innovation Challenge (CIC), an international entrepreneur competition and business start- up accelerator for young people in the CARICOM Member States. The CIC promotes innovation, the development of entrepreneurial initiatives, and taps into the potential of young people to generate ideas that benefit their societies and communities.
Also, in preparation to the CIC, on-site activities, such as the one-day Mini Business Labs help young people identify ideas which later can be developed into business. To learn more about these exciting opportunities, visit the CIC Platform at youthin-cic.net/activities
