Panama and Dominican Republic, 30 de junio del 2015 - Innovation is the cornerstone to develop competitive businesses that contribute solving economic challenges of the countries in the region.
Therefore the Young American Business Trust (YABT) and Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV) demonstrate their commitment with the region by announcing two Business Labs focused on Innovation, to be held in Panama and the Dominican Republic.
These training programs aim to generate local capacities for entrepreneurial competitive improvement, through innovation, management of environments and processes in order to exchange best practices and success cases between participants and Israelis specialists in topics addressed during the training.
Panama, host of the IV Young Americas Forum and VII Summit of the Americas, will be the first country in hosting the program from August 17th to 21st; the program will be implemented with the collaboration of the Innovation Center of the City of Knowledge, and other key partners who already work with YABT.
The second country is the Dominican Republic, chosen recently as host of the 46 General Assembly of the OAS to take place in June 2016; the workshop will be implemented from august 24th to 28th, with the collaboration of the Dominican Association of United Nations (ANU-RD) and the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (FUNGLODE).
The call will be open to different professionals from different sectors, which have a minimum of three years being providers of support services and accompaniment for entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses, especially those led by young people.
