Washington DC, May 1st, 2019 - The Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) and the Organization of American States (OAS), are pleased to announce the Finalist teams of the fourteenth edition of the Talent and Innovation Competition of las Americas (TIC Americas 2019) and Eco-Reto 10.0, selected after a rigorous process of preparation and evaluation by the select international jury.
We congratulate each of the young entrepreneurs who participated in this process and presented their application. We encourage them to continue promoting their business and social initiatives, contributing to sustainable development and the creation of jobs and opportunities for other young people.

These teams have been awarded with a scholarship to participate in the TIC Americas 2019 Finals, which will be held from June 24th to 26th in the city of Medellin, Colombia, during the 49th General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS) .

In addition, we thank WeWork, the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín for Antioquia, as well as the National Government of Colombia as the host country. In addition, to each of the public and private organizations that offered their collaboration throughout the continent.
Similarly, we greatly appreciate the international judges for their valuable support in selecting the finalist teams, and the experts who were in charge of conducting the training and mentoring sessions of the YABT Boot Camp.
The finalist teams will begin a new stage of preparation on the way to the Finals in Colombia, which will allow them to improve their strategy and business model when exposing the jury.
