YABT works with companies from different sectors, multilateral organizations, and the Member States and Permanent Observers to the OAS, creating deep and scalable relationships to invest in programs and initiatives that support talent and the capacity of young people, preparing them for the future of work and business.

Human capital matters not only for people, but also for societies (World Bank, June 2018). Investing in entrepreneurship from the angle of economic, social and sustainability has a positive return by reducing the inequality and the constant barriers so that young people have greater options for decent jobs and the option to create their own businesses.
