Leadership Labs is an initiative of the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), offering young leaders of the Americas a unique opportunity to strengthen their skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and international cooperation, through a tailored theoretical-practical program.

Leadership Labs 2026

Through their participation in the program, young people will gain a deep understanding of international relations and politics, as well as the Inter-American System and the importance of multilateral organizations in resolving complex cross-border problems.

Participants will not only strengthen their technical competencies, but will also integrate into a growing, active network of young people committed to contributing their perspective to the future of the continent.

What does it include?

CPD Certificate in Diplomacy and Negotiation
Participants will have the opportunity to delve into the diplomatic field through a series of specialized seminars, designed to strengthen their knowledge and skills in diplomatic protocols. Upon completion of the program, they will receive a Certification from ProtocolToday Academy endorsed by the CPD.
Seminar on Multilateralism
The Seminar on Multilateralism offers young people a comprehensive overview of the Inter-American System, the OAS, the Young Americas Forum, and transcultural leadership. The participants will develop proposals for the Youth Declaration of the VII Young Americas Forum, based on consultations and dialogues organized with YABT.
Young Americas Meetings
Participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with international leaders, share their experiences and strengthen their network of contacts in the field of diplomacy and international cooperation, through their participation in Youth Conferences that take place within the framework of important high-level events in our continent.

Investment

USD $1,550 cost per participant, that includes the virtual sessions, coordination of the workshops and the training program during the in-person events.


Not included the logistical expenses for elective in-person events are (transportation, lodging, airfare, etc.). Participants are responsible for obtaining visas or addressing any other immigration matters in order to attend elective in-person activities.
