The Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) supports the social, economic, and human development of young people through training, leadership, and mentorship and business programs. YABT’s partnership with the Organization of American States (OAS) continues to be instrumental in our ability to reach leaders, communities, and individuals throughout the Western Hemisphere and around the world.

YABT has directly impacted the lives of more than 100,000 young people in Latin America and the Caribbean. We continue to do so by engaging in strategic multisector partnerships to support young leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Thanks to YABT, many of our entrepreneurs now lead successful businesses and contribute to the development of their countries, consolidating a new generation of young responsible leaders.
