YABT works with companies from different sectors, multilateral organizations, and the Member States and Permanent Observers to the OAS, creating deep and scalable relationships to invest in programs and initiatives that support talent and the capacity of young people, preparing them for the future of work and business.
Human capital matters not only for people, but also for societies. Investing in entrepreneurship from the angle of economic, social and sustainability has a positive return by reducing the inequality and the constant barriers so that young people have greater options for decent jobs and the option to create their own businesses.
Partner with us
During 25 years of hard and recognized work, YABT has established itself as an international organization pioneer in promoting the entrepreneurship and leadership spirit in Young People in the Western Hemisphere. YABT works hand in hand with the Organization of American States (OAS), using entrepreneurship, knowledge and technology, as tools for the economic and social empowerment of young people, forming them as change agents to positively impact the lives of other young people and their communities.
We have the support of several organizations, multinational companies, and the government, that have firmly decided to ally with the YABT because we share the same vision and strategy to improve the quality of life of young people from a comprehensive and inclusive approach, preparing them for the challenges of the future; and as key actors in the implementation of actions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
You can support one or more YABT programs at the level of the Americas, your country, community, or organization. YABT also seeks to design new projects and initiatives tailored to the strategic partners, reinforcing its strategy of sustainability and relationship with the community. The benefits include high visibility and recognition for having positively contributed to the future of the Americas and the world.
Our impact
Since its establishment, YABT through its programs and activities has had a positive impact on 100,000 young people in 75 countries. We support young people in realizing their business, social and environmental initiatives, encouraging them to continue on the path that leads them to new challenges and opportunities.
YABT has made possible the participation of more than 62,000 young people in the main forums that gather leaders of the public and private sectors of the Hemisphere. Now, young people can be face to face with presidents, prime ministers and business leaders, as part of the process of the Summit of the Americas, the OAS General Assembly, ministerial meetings, and specialized conferences within the Inter-American System. Also, it collaborates with other multilateral organisms such as the United Nations and the World Bank, creating a global platform for youth action.
